Do I need a prescription to order from ColourYourEyes?
While we offer both cosmetic (plano) and prescription lenses, we recommend consulting with an eye care professional before use. For prescription orders, please ensure you have a valid script from your optometrist.
How long do the lenses last once opened?
We offer various durations including daily disposables, monthly lenses, and yearly lenses. Please check the specific product description for the replacement cycle and never exceed the recommended wearing period.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. We also offer express shipping options at checkout if you need your new look sooner.
What is your return policy?
Due to the medical nature of the product, we can only accept returns on unopened, sealed, and undamaged boxes within 30 days of purchase. Once the sterile blister pack is opened, we cannot accept a return.

Always wash your hands before handling lenses. Store them in a clean lens case with fresh multipurpose disinfecting solution every day. Never use tap water or saliva to clean your lenses.
